- Diagnostic test of computerized engine control system. Scan for trouble codes with Autel diagnostic scanner. Follow diagnostic flow chart for trouble codes found. Road test vehicle.
- Replace oil & filter. Check all fluid levels & top off. Check all tire pressures. Lube chassis. Inspect air filter, belts and hoses.
- Test charging & starting systems complete. Vat40 diagnostic test includes a check of the following systems in your vehicle. 1)battery 2)charging system 3) starting system 4) parasitic draw.
- INSTALL REAR SEAT PAD ? SEE NOTE
- REMOVE & REPLACE BATTERY, INCL.
- COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR & WIRING HARNESS – Remove & Replace
- R&R CABIN FILTER ASSEMBLY
- Replace oil & filter. Check all fluid levels & top off. Check all tire pressures. Lube chassis. Inspect air filter, belts and hoses.
- Remove, dismount, balance, & replace 2 tires.
- OXYGEN SENSOR – Remove & Replace – Front
